container, please exercise common
sense. Water
attracts animals and an improper design
can become a catch-all for mosquitoes,
birds, squirrels, pets and other wildlife
looking for a drink of water. If you
have an open toped garbed can partially
filled with water, animals may enter and
not be able to escape. If they
can’t reach the bottom, they will
drown.
